Visual Designer – Benson & Rowe Charleston

Your responsibilities

• Create cohesive visuals for our website (banners, collections, product pages)

• Design assets for marketing campaigns (newsletters, social media, ads)

• Develop and maintain our visual identity across all platforms

• Collaborate with the marketing team on launches and collections

• Contribute to the creative evolution of the brand

What we’re looking for

• Degree in Graphic Design or a related field

• Minimum 2 years of experience (fashion or e-commerce is a plus)

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)

• Strong visual sensibility and attention to detail

• Creative, independent, and detail-oriented

• Portfolio required

• Salary range: $3,000 – $3,800/month depending on experience

Sales Associate – Benson & Rowe Boutique

Location: Charleston, SC Contract: Part-time or Full-time (16–40 hours/week)

Who we are Benson & Rowe Charleston represents elegance, attention to detail, and exceptional customer service. Our boutique offers an exclusive experience combining personalized styling and refined collections.

Your responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients with style and care

• Help customers choose outfits, sizes, and fits

• Ensure the boutique is beautifully presented

• Handle transactions and manage stock arrivals

• Respond to inquiries in-store and by phone

• (Optional) Assist with photoshoots or social media content

What we’re looking for

• At least 1 year of retail experience (fashion preferred)

• Strong sense of style and knowledge of trends

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Availability on weekends and holidays

• Energetic, reliable, and organized

• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
